Absolutley dreadful experience, i couldn't believe the smell as soon as i walked in, it woudl ve been nice if someone had warned me, and i was gifted a dusty room that looked nothing like the pictures. Honestly, even a complimentary drink would have been nice to feel appreciated. The staff tried, but like, come on, this was nothing short of a nightmare.

The beachfront views are genuinely something to appreciate, especially if you're into waking up to the sound of waves crashing. There's a unique touch with kids getting 'buckets and spades' from the hotel to play at the beach.
The bathroom situation was a letdown. Some areas looked like they hadn't seen a good clean in ages, with mold creeping around the bathtub and missing silicone in the tiles. The breakfast experience left much to be desired, with muddled service leading to delays and missing items like cereal bowls and orange juice, and the menu had a pretty limited selection. Noise was an issue too, particularly with families moving around the halls late at night, tough for those trying to catch some sleep after a long day. There were strange incidents like having to deal with a faulty TV and rising temperatures in the room when the heating wouldn't turn off.

Good facilities in general, excellent location on the sea. Next to trainstation and airport, and Dublin and the surrounding area has to offer. Fashionable and great modern rooms with a modern decor.

Excellent overall experience. Fairly clean place with lovely and approachable staff members and garden views. Large room, exceptionally comfortable bed and good size bathroom. A great selection of food for the continental breakfast.

Excellent food in the restaurant, warm and lovely breakfast with wild mushrooms, a great view and the taste of the sausages. Fab and gorgeous location not very far from Balcarrick. Also - next to the beautiful blue sea, Dublin and the myriad golf course that are nearby and a beautiful beach and convenient to Dublin airport.

The staff at the reception is marvellous and always smiling. Great! The rooms are nice with a great view of the centre. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus with a great bus driver!;)
If you want to visit the centre of Dublin, you have to take the train (25 minutes). The bus of the hotel can bring you to the station.

The family room was super comfy with a tv and a seating area. The private bathroom had great toiletries, and having proper mugs for tea was a nice touch. Breakfast included the best scrambled eggs ever with a view of the beach. Plus, the balcony was perfect. Staff were always helpful and attentive.

I wad happy that I was staying in the new wing because my room was very good. My friend stayed in the old wing and didn't like her room. Room service food was excellent. Reception staff were excellent.
Breakfast took 40 minutes. The waiter was confused and disorganised. We had to ask for everything. There was no airconditioning and my room was very stuffy and hot. I wad afraid to leave the window open because it opened out into the car park and someone could easily climb in. The fan in the bathroom didn't work either.
